Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Steep Slope Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for a highly skilled roofer who can manage complex and high-end steep slope roofing projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays

  • Proven experience as a roofing technician or similar role, ideally 2+ years.

  • Basic carpentry and construction knowledge

  • Ability to lift 80#

  • Ability to perform tasks that require climbing, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights.

  • Dedicated to upholding company values

  • Lead installation, maintenance, and repairs of steep slope roofing systems, including slate, tile, copper, custom metal, and architectural roofs.
