Job Summary

Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is currently searching for an experienced roll-off driver to join our team! If you are looking to join a small, family-owned business where you work closely with the owner and are a critical component of the team, this is the right fit for you.

Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is not a typical waste service. We hold a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market.

We are a small, family owned company supported by a larger franchise team. We exist to offer exceptional service to our customers (and our customer's customers). We are looking for a friendly, timely and safe self-starter to join our team.

The best fit for this role will happily maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped 2020 or newer Kenworth automatic, tandem axle truck, manage time appropriately, love logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.

Responsibilities

Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely

Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners

Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction

Maintain relationships with project managers

Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines

Empty containers at disposal sites

Clean/Service portable toilets using vac tank system - our toilets are normally onsite for less than a week and do not require extensive cleaning. However, you must be ok cleaning toilets. The owner does it right along with you!

Secure Tarp containers during transports

Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites

Willingness/ability to work up to 10 hour work days when work is available

Skills

Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time

Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions

Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments

Highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary

Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public

Qualifications

Must have roll-off experience

Must be 21 years of age

Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record

Good driving record

Valid/Current Class B CDL with knowledge of air brakes

Familiarity of Bucks & Montgomery counties
