🚚 CDL Roll-Off Driver
Heavy Hauling & Big Precision! Join GFL as a CDL Roll-Off Driver!
Position Type: Full-Time, Regular
Schedule: 40 hours/week
About the Role
Got serious precision driving skills and love a dynamic workday where no two stops are the same? We’re looking for a top-tier CDL Roll-Off Driver! As a Roll-Off Driver, you’ll be the muscle behind major construction, industrial, and commercial projects in our area, operating heavy hoist trucks to drop off, pick up, and haul large containers.


 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Master the Heavy Haul: Safely drive roll-off trucks to haul waste, construction debris, or recyclables across assigned local routes.

  • Hook, Lift, & Roll: Operate hydraulic hoists and cables to load, unload, and position 10-to-40-yard open-top containers and industrial compactors.

  • Precision Placement: Navigate tight construction sites and commercial properties with expert mirror and maneuvering skills.

  • Safety First: Inspect loads, secure cables/tarping, and complete daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.

What We’re Looking For
  • Credentials: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) in good standing.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience (Roll-off experience preferred).

  • Physical Fitness: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb truck steps/beds, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe operations.
