Position Summary
Pack Rat Hauling is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team in Leesburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations.
This position involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a CDL roll-off truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Secure containers and loads properly before transport.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all job sites.
  • Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
Qualifications
Required
  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
