What You'll Do:
  • Deliver craft perfection: Transport materials and equipment to construction sites with relentless attention to detail, ensuring timely and safe service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Live customer obsession: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs with urgency and commitment. You'll be the face of Diligent on job sites, representing our dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Execute safely and efficiently: Operate a roll off truck with unwavering adherence to safety protocols and traffic regulations-Safety 1st is non-negotiable.
  • Maintain rigorous standards: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.
  • Master the craft: Load and unload materials using the knuckle boom with precision, ensuring proper securing and handling to prevent damage and demonstrate operational excellence.
  • Optimize performance: Assess and optimize load distribution to enhance vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify and propose new insights and improvements to business practices, fostering a culture of innovation and curiosity.
  • Collaborate relentlessly: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the team: Work closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and service requests, especially during peak periods and Saturdays.

  • Document with precision: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and maintenance as required by company policy and regulatory standards.

We'd love to hear from you if you:
  • Have roll off or waste industry experience and understand the demands of the business
  • Are physically fit to perform the job, which requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds (you will be exposed to a physical environment outdoors in various weather conditions, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday)
  • Have a Class A or B CDL license for over 5 years and understand that while you'll be home every night, the days can be long
  • Put Safety 1st and are steadfast in keeping people safe from harm-this is our foundation

  • Are committed to working Saturdays and extended hours during busy periods without hesitation
  • Have excellent time management skills and can maintain pace during demanding schedules

  • Can perform a daily, 360-degree inspection of the truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return
