As a Roll-Off Driver, you will play a vital role in safely operating heavy-duty trucks to transport large containers to disposal, recycling, and customer sites. This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and enthusiastic about providing excellent service while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport open-top, roll-top, and compactor containers to designated locations, including disposal sites, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and customer properties.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and document findings using standard Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).
  • Navigate high-traffic areas, tight spaces, and challenging environments while maintaining safety and efficiency.
  • Follow assigned routes, deliver and pick up containers, ensure proper placement, and leave sites clean and free of debris.
  • Utilize a computerized mobile tablet to track route progress, complete stops, and enter relevant notes and information.
  • Report unsafe situations, service issues, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage promptly to supervisors or dispatch.
  • Attend required training sessions, briefings, and meetings as scheduled.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and supervisors to improve route efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist other drivers as needed to meet customer needs and operational goals.
