Truck Driver Talent Specialist - CDL Candidate Sourcing & Qualification

Truck Driver Nation is looking for individuals interested in helping connect CDL drivers with available trucking opportunities.

The Truck Driver Talent Specialist will focus on sourcing applicants, communicating with drivers, gathering qualification information, and helping move candidates into the appropriate recruiting pipeline.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and engage CDL driver candidates

Respond to incoming driver applications

Ask qualification questions and gather required information

Review driver experience and work-history details

Maintain accurate candidate records

Follow up with interested and qualified applicants

Route candidates to appropriate available opportunities

Communicate professionally throughout the recruiting process

QUALIFICATIONS
