CDL Placement Readiness Specialist - Driver Documents & Pre-Hire Coordination

Truck Driver Nation is seeking a CDL Placement Readiness Specialist to help qualified driver candidates prepare for the next stage of carrier consideration.

Once a driver has completed preliminary recruiting steps, additional information may be required before the candidate can progress. This position focuses on identifying and tracking those outstanding requirements.

PLACEMENT READINESS WORK

Depending on the candidate and carrier process, information may involve:

CDL or driver's license information

Current medical-card information

Employment-history details

Application completion

Carrier-requested documents

Orientation information

Additional qualification requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review candidate files for outstanding recruiting requirements

Communicate missing-information requests to drivers

Track whether requested information has been received

Maintain accurate documentation status

Coordinate candidate readiness with recruiting personnel

Record carrier-specific next steps

Help prepare completed candidate files for further processing

Maintain professional candidate communication
