Roll-Off Driver – Lead Waste Disposal Operations for Residential and Commercial Projects

Job Overview:

  • Company: Pro Star Roll-Off Dumpsters, LLC

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $21 to $24 per hour plus Driver Safety, and Annual Christmas Bonuses.

  • Location: Onsite - Field Operations (New Braunfels, TX).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

  • Project Scope: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Class A or B CDL.

The Opportunity: You will serve as a vital face of Pro Star RollOff Dumpsters, managing the safe transport and delivery of equipment across diverse project sites. This role offers the stability of a family-oriented atmosphere where long-term careers are built and individual accountability is truly valued. You will have the autonomy to manage your route while receiving the full support of a locally-owned team that operates without a corporate feel.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute precision drop-offs and pickups of roll-off containers to maintain strict project timelines for our clients.

  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and adherence to DOT requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to resolve logistical site issues in real-time.

  • Navigate complex residential and industrial environments safely to prevent damage to trucks or customer property and injury to oneself.

  • Monitor vehicle health diligently and report maintenance items through proper channels to ensure fleet reliability.

  • Uphold the company reputation by providing professional, respectful service to all landfill employees and partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated roll-off experience within the waste disposal industry.

  • Licensed with proven ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle skillfully and safely.

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record spanning the past 5 years.

  • Physical stamina to safely lift 50 pounds and work up to 11-hour days when project demands require it.

  • Demonstrated history of punctuality and a stable, continuous work background.

  • Excellent communication and soft skills, this is a customer facing role so we require fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Over 5 years of professional driving experience in high-volume waste management environments.

  • Advanced knowledge of local geography and optimal routing for the San Antonio and surrounding regions.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
