We have such a unique product that all you have to do is educate customers on the program and the rest sells itself! Sale representative are responsible for customer relations of our services from beginning to end. You can work from home but must be willing to drive within a 25 mile radius from home. This individual is the direct point of contact for customers and is responsible for ensuring that the customer's needs and expectations are met. This is a great opportunity to build a career and be a part of a new, growing and exciting industry.

Responsibilities

  • Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads. It’s easy and its fun.
  • Educate owners and their staff on Roll Call’s programs. Also fun and makes you more money!
  • Constant communication with customers and their staff to ensure goals are met. Same as above
  • Submit reports and contracts expeditiously. This gets you paid faster
  • Make your goals! Ka Ching!

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience, however if you have a great personality, we will teach you.
  • Customer service and people skills, meaning be nice to everyone!
  • Professional appearance. I don’t care if you have some tasteful tattoos, but if they are on your neck or face, then don’t apply.
  • Phone, email, and chat communication skills! If you call people dude, cuz or bro, don’t apply.
  • Prospecting skills.
  • Territory management
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. You don’t really need this because our program sells itself. Just be knowledgeable and honest.
