SUPERVISE DAILY EVENING OPERATIONS

  • Supervise residents during assigned evening scheduled activities.
  • Transport residents as needed.
  • Use night checklist to close up and secure wing.
  • Keep current daily notes in log.
  • Write resident observations.
  • Check office extension at the top & bottom of the hour for calls needing immediate attention.
  • Assist in Recovery Celebration graduation program and reception.
  • Attend monthly staff meeting.
  • Assist with calls when needed.
  • Distribute medicine during scheduled time.
  • Conduct random and as indicated drug screening with Recovery Program residents.
  • Supervise Upper Phase Residents for staff evening Bible Study/Devotion.
  • Ensure all evening responsibilities are met.
  • Supervise evening meal and cleanup.
  • Answer phone and doors.
  • Supervise snack time.
  • Supervise bottle washing and making.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned or necessary.
  • Work positively and harmoniously as a team member with the Center and RRM staff.
Requirements:

SPIRITUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in corporate prayer and Scripture reading, staff chapel services, and all spiritual gatherings.
  • Support and attend annual mandatory Evangelism In Service training to grow in knowledge of leading others to faith in Christ.
  • Participate in annual spiritual growth training through organization selected curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum requirement High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must demonstrate compassion towards the poor, needy and homeless.
  • Must have strong leadership qualities and demonstrate charter traits of integrity, trustworthiness, responsibility, etc.
  • Must display respect, gentleness and accountability when interacting with the Recovery Program clients.
  • Must be teachable and function as a team player.
  • Must engage in safe and healthy work practices, both on the premises and off-site facilities. Must take an active role ensuring the safety, health and well-being of all of staff, volunteers, and Mission guests.
  • J03 license required within 90 days of hire.
