Job description

Röchling Automotive is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and the automotive industry, we'd like to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and optimize logistics operations across the supply chain.
  • Plan and supervise internal and external logistics flows.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Coordinate logistics activities with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Manage logistics costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop logistics workflows and standard operating procedures.


What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management (shipping & receiving).
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional logistics teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Tier 1 manufacturing and injection molding.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in inventory, purchasing, supplier, and logistics management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
