Position Highlights

  • Specialty: Urology
    • Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)
  • Position Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital - Canton Urology Clinic (Canton, NY)
  • Schedule: Flexibility in schedule to meet a 40-hour work week
  • Call Coverage Requirements: 10 days per month of consult and procedural call
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic with inpatient consults and procedures
    • Average daily patient volume: 20-25 patients per day
    • Inpatient and/or procedural responsibilities: Inpatient consults when requested by the Hospitalist team and provide surgical management when necessary
    • Hospital rounding expectations: Round on surgical inpatients as needed in conjunction with the Hospitalist team
  • EMR: Epic
  • Team Structure: Collaboration with St. Lawrence Region Physicians well as other Physicians within the RRH system
  • Opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and program development available

  • Base salary range of $600,000-650,000*

* Pay Summary
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
