Job description

We are a well-funded startup on a mission to make e-commerce logistics more human-friendly and efficient with AI-powered robotics.
Founded by leading robotics researchers, we are growing our team of dynamic and compassionate tech enthusiasts to deploy human-centered robots at scale. Join us in helping people handle more throughout the supply chain!
We're looking for a driven, AI-savvy Sales Operations Manager to be the connective tissue of our go-to-market engine. A strategist and someone who uses technology to build scalable systems, move fast, and help our sales team close more deals with less friction.
You'll own the infrastructure that powers our sales cycle from first touch to signed contract: CRM hygiene, outreach automation, content organization, legal document management, tradeshow execution, and the ongoing integration of AI tools that keep our team ahead of the curve.
You're a good fit if you have:
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field
  • Hands-on CRM expertise - you've built or rebuilt a sales instance from the ground up, not just used one
  • Experience with outbound sales automation tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, HubSpot Sequences, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to draft, redline, and manage sales contracts, NDAs, and SOWs in a B2B enterprise environment
  • Experience planning and executing company presence at industry tradeshows or conferences
  • A track record of identifying and deploying AI tools to measurably improve team efficiency or output
  • Strong project management skills - multiple workstreams in parallel without dropping the ball
  • Excellent written communication; clear and concise for both internal and external audiences
  • (BONUS) Experience in robotics, warehouse automation, supply chain technology, or industrial B2B sales
  • (BONUS) Background working in a Series A-C startup where you've had to build from scratch under ambiguity

Tools you'll work with:
  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Outbound: Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft
  • Contracts: DocuSign, Ironclad, PandaDoc
  • AI Tools: Claude, Gong, Chorus, ChatGPT
  • Content: Notion, Highspot, Google Drive
  • Analytics: Looker, Salesforce Reports, HubSpot

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer benefits such as:
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k with 5% matching by Ambi
  • Equity ownership
  • Free parking on site at HQ
  • Access to a full gym at HQ
  • Free lunches 2x per week

$115,000 - $160,000 a year
Position title and compensation will be matched to applicant's experience.
