Your Role:

The Automation Transformation Manager leads enterprise-wide automation initiatives that drive process efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing automation opportunities — including robotic process automation (RPA), workflow digitization, AI/ML solutions, and system integration. The Manager partners closely with business units, IT, and data teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through strategic automation.

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the organization’s automation transformation roadmap, aligned with overall business and digital strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with business leaders to assess current processes, identify automation candidates, and quantify potential savings and efficiency gains.
  • Program Management: Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of automation projects across multiple functions using structured methodologies.
  • Technology Implementation: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring scalability, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business process owners to ensure automation initiatives meet functional needs and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain best practices for automation development, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of automation solutions by managing communication, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with automation technology providers (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and measure impact on cost savings, process efficiency, error reduction, and cycle time improvements.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Explore emerging automation trends such as intelligent document processing, generative AI, and hyper automation to expand capabilities.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing large-scale automation or RPA programs across multiple business units.
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, ABBYY Timeline) and workflow technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on measurable business impact.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Understanding of AI/ML, OCR, and data analytics technologies is a plus.

Role is eligible for 14% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
