We have a JOB FOR YOU!!! 100% remote and responsible for the delivery of RPA Programs.
Our client is looking to grow their RPA practice and needs RPA Program Managers who will be responsible for successful delivery of RPA programs and client satisfaction. This role will be involved in channel development and key sales pursuits. The RPA Program Manager will interface with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of RPA. This role leads several teams, including business, analysis, RPA development, PMO, and cross-functional teams, as well as project sponsors.
The RPA Program Manager will be a critical part of our growing business, while supporting our ongoing efforts to automate our clients' operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of RPA programs according to client expectations, adhering to schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Provide overall project leadership to the project teams; mentor and develop team members and peers
  • Manage overall project/program risks, making adjustments as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management for critical project plans, commitment, and changes
  • Oversee and lead development, implementation, and maintenance of the project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, timelines, budget, and quality outcomes
  • Manage accurate development and traceability of requirements during project life cycle
  • Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, proactively addressing misalignments; coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and programs
  • Develop strategy for control and governance structures to ensure desired outcomes across projects
  • Manage delivery portfolio, monitoring, escalating and resolving delivery issues internally
  • Participate in sales pursuits, driving the solution-planning and deal-shaping processes that will help deliver business value for clients
  • Develop and implement change enablement processes throughout the project

Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional working experience in the software product services industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience as a project lead
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading software automation and/or integration projects
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism, and automation best practices
  • Communication & Presence; the ability to communicate appropriately across different levels and roles
  • Good client interface and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude and experience in customer expectations management
  • Strategic Mindset; the ability to see the big picture and deliver key outcomes

Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional working experience in the software product services industry with strong RPA transformation experience
  • Experience working in the utilities, higher education and state and local government sectors
  • UiPath Academy or Automation Anywhere University certification is a plus
  • Previous experience working in the public sector with state-, county-, and city-level institutions

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field is required
