Opportunity Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of multiple POP MART ROBO Shop units, ensuring they are stocked, clean, functional, and performing at peak efficiency. This role is the frontline operator, providing field insights, performing routine audits, and coordinating restocks, recruiting and service actions across their assigned areas. Additionally, this role supports the project management of new ROBO Shop installations, relocations, and upgrades, ensuring all launch activities are executed on time and meet operational standards.
We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. Being together in person helps us collaborate, stay connected, and build a strong team culture. What You Will Achieve
  • Manage a multi-unit POP MART ROBO Shop, performing regular onsite visits.
  • Respond to machine alerts, stockouts, and operational issues promptly.
  • Recruiting individuals, teams, or 3rd party partners to operate ROBO Shop.
  • Coordinate with restocking teams, vendors, and internal support.
  • Perform field audits: inventory accuracy, cleanliness, visual merchandising compliance.
  • Log visit notes, upload photos, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues.
  • Ensure product availability and uptime KPIs are met.
  • Execute resets, seasonal updates, and product transitions.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of new ROBO Shop installations, relocations, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Retail Store Operations, Supply Chain, Allocation, etc.) to ensure launch readiness.
  • Perform on-site installation tasks including basic setup, machine testing, merchandising, and initial calibration.
  • Document installation progress through photos, checklists, and launch status reports.
  • Validate machine functionality and QC standards before handoff to Operations.
  • Assist with vendor scheduling, access coordination, and on-site troubleshooting during installs.
  • Ensure all new ROBO Shop meet brand, merchandising, and performance standards pre-launch.
