Opportunity Overview:

POP MART is seeking a strategic and experienced Specialty Real Estate Leasing Manager to help lead the expansion of our pop up activations and ROBO SHOP vending machines across the United States. As a global pioneer in designer toy culture, POP MART is rapidly growing its physical presence, and this role is key to identifying, securing, and launching high-impact retail locations.

In this position, you will oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful rollout of pop up activations and ROBO SHOPs. Your deep understanding of the U.S. commercial real estate landscape-particularly top shopping centers and business districts-will be essential in driving our expansion strategy. You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders to support long-term growth.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the U.S. footprint of a globally recognized brand, blending real estate expertise with creative retail innovation in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment.

We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. Being together in person helps us collaborate, stay connected, and build a strong team culture. At POP MART, we foster a high-trust environment and trust our employees to make decisions that support both the team and the business.

What You Will Achieve

    • Responsible for pop up activations and Robo Shop development, including site information collection, site visits, evaluation and analysis, investment budget, and summary.
    • Complete contract modification and business negotiation to deliver new pop ups and Robo Shop opportunities.
    • Coordinate with various departments to complete the launch and landing of pop ups and Robo Shops.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key account holders and landlords.

    What You Will Need

    • College degree or higher.
    • 2-5 years of experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing.
    • Accounting skills
    • Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Resourceful, creative, and proactive mindset

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment
    • Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds

    What We Offer

    • Market-competitive packages: we provide 401k, health insurance, PTO leave, paid sick leave, and family leave, etc.
    • Opportunities to learn and lead: we provide on-the-job training to ensure employees are equipped with the most up-to-date skill sets and knowledge
    • Career development: we work with you to advance your career through short-term assignments, and new experiences, etc.

*The job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job. It's not all-inclusive. There may be additional duties, responsibilities, and qualifications for this job.

For Los Angeles or San Francisco applicants: POP MART is required to inform you that we conduct background checks after conditional offer and consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with legal requirements per Los Angeles, Cal.
