LEASING AGENTLeasing agent position will be at an apartment communities in Fresno, CA and/or Clovis, CA area, where assigned to work for a locally based management company that manages medium-high to high-end luxury apartment homes. The employee is frequently required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The Company will pay employees on unrestricted on-call duty as follows: (a) While waiting for authorized calls to work, employees are free to engage in personal activities and, consequently, such time is not considered work time. As a result, the Company will not compensate employees for such time (b) If employees on unrestricted on-call time respond to authorized calls to work, the Company will pay the employees their overtime hourly rate for time spent responding to authorized calls to work, including time spent traveling to and from work, or a minimum of two hours, whichever is greater (c) In the event employees are unable to respond, employees should as a courtesy notify the acting supervisor and/or manager, so that the Company can make other arrangements. Employees on unrestricted on-call duty are required to comply with applicable Company policies during the time they are responding to an authorized call to work, including the Company's Drug and Alcohol Policy.
