Job description

DPM is seeking a full time roaming maintenance technician, who will support on work orders and turning units.

Responsibilities will Include:

  • Perform general maintenance duties, including; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, janitorial task, drywall repairs, painting, and appliance repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
  • Respond to maintenance service requests promptly, as scheduled by property management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues before they become major problems.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the property complies with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with turnover repairs and preparation of vacant units for new tenants.
  • Work closely with property management and other team members to ensure efficient operations and positive tenant experience.
  • Availability to be on-call for tenant emergency maintenance issues.
  • Respectful, reliable, punctual and professional with a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle to transport tools and materials as needed. As well as readiness to commute to multiple locations.
  • Pay range is based on experience.
