Roadside dispatchers are professionals responsible for coordinating and managing responses to drivers who need roadside assistance, such as towing, battery jumps, tire changes, or lockout services. They serve as the first point of contact for motorists in distress, gather essential information about the situation, and dispatch the appropriate service providers to the location.
