A roadhouse is a type of restaurant, bar, or inn typically located along a major road or highway. Roadhouses provide food, drinks, and sometimes entertainment to travelers and locals alike. They often have a casual, rustic atmosphere and may offer amenities such as live music, dancing, or overnight accommodations. Roadhouses are especially popular in rural or remote areas where other dining options may be limited. Their history dates back to times when people traveled long distances by road and needed places to rest and refresh.

Roadhouse Managers work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to create a positive and efficient work environment, often stepping in to assist during peak times. Collaboration and strong communication are key, as managers must coordinate with various departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
