Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center managed by Autumn Lake Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team in Union.
As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight for your unit, support nursing staff, and help ensure the highest level of care and service for our residents. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff and healthcare professionals
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized resident care plans
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes
- Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and quality measures
- Support and foster a positive team-oriented environment
- Assist with staff education, guidance, and clinical support
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Previous Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
