We are a staffing agency as well as HomeHealth care. We are hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our office. We are looking for a RN Nurse Manager that is passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family like care approach to our clients and their families.
Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment
  • Supervise a team of field nurses/CNA/ HHAs
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and training
  • Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
  • Home Health experience required.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Comfortability using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation
  • Current CPR Certification
