As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Day Shift team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing a continuum of care, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, and a wide range of specialty programs and services.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

โ€ข Provide skilled nursing care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
โ€ข Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
