Seeking Administrative Assistant - CBHC
Riverside's Community Behavioral Health Centers provide comprehensive mental health services and substance use treatment, including crisis intervention, with flexible options for both routine and urgent care.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:
  • Opening and closing the office
  • Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
  • Greeting consumers, collecting co-payments
  • Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
  • General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies

The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
  • Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $21.00/hourly
  • Language differential available for Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole - additional $0.96/hourly
