The Psychiatry Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote role. This role is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with our team and clients. While working from home, you will engage in case management and therapeutic practices while utilizing digital platforms for assessments, counseling sessions, and team meetings. • Conduct thorough assessments to uncover clients' social, emotional, and environmental issues that may hinder their well-being.
• Design and implement individualized service plans that include specific goals, actionable interventions, and methods for progress evaluation.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families grappling with diverse life challenges, ensuring sessions address their unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to establish tailored service pathways that incorporate essential community resources effectively.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being are prioritized.
• Forge strong partnerships with local agencies and organizations to coordinate services and serve as an advocate for clients' needs.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about available agency services and broaden our impact.
• Engage in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional training to improve service delivery.

As an LCSW at the Psychiatry Wellness Center, you will primarily serve vulnerable individuals and families facing multifaceted issues, including mental health challenges and socioeconomic barriers. Your work will involve empowering clients to reclaim their lives—connecting them to valuable resources and support that enhance their overall quality of life.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social and economic justice issues and familiarity with community resources.
• Strong skills in effective communication, cultural competence, and advanced problem-solving techniques.

• Previous experience working within a social service agency or a similar setting is preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches and crisis intervention methods is highly valued.
• Proficiency in using digital technology for assessments, telehealth sessions, and documentation management.
