You will engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, utilizing various communication platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless client care.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately determine clients' needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to align with each client's unique goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with coping mechanisms during acute mental health emergencies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while documenting client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans, share insights about clients, and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources to empower them to make informed decisions.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families from different cultural backgrounds, each requiring a compassionate and culturally competent approach to care. • Possession of an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, providing therapeutic services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional standards.

• Prior experience working in a clinical mental health setting is advantageous, enhancing your readiness to face the challenges of the role.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and evidence-based therapies is beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
