Gunzo's Hockey Headquarters, one of the oldest hockey equipment retailers in the Chicago area, is seeking enthusiastic full-time and part-time Retail Sales Associates. With three locations in River Forest, Morton Grove, and Chicago, candidates who are flexible and willing to work at multiple locations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:
  • Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and offer assistance.
  • Guide customers to the equipment or apparel they need.
  • Provide information on products and services to advise customers.
  • Assist with sizing and product selection, offering suggestions and opinions on fit and appropriate use.
  • Document sales and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Stock, organize merchandise, and create displays.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store and equipment.
  • Contribute to the team effort by completing related tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
