Overview
 
Manage flow of information for brands to be applied to our computer system which include pricing, RIP's, new product introductions, ETS maintenance, etc.  This position interfaces with suppliers and various other departments.
Responsibilities
  • Create new product codes in the AS400 system
  • Maintain pricing & deletion allowances for all assigned vendors
  • Maintain all RIP's for assigned vendors in the system
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing & RIP issues
  • Edit all pricing & RIP changes before filing
  • Enter & maintain the ETS System (Price Book)
  • Enter & maintain item on EBIZ
  • Create sell sheets
  • Prepare meeting reports & information, maintain them on shared drive
  • Maintain military pricing in the AS400 system
  • Competitive RIP analysis
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or relevant experience
  • Administrative experience in marketing or finance; experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Good communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail; time management skills are a must
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is $26 per hour.
