The FOH Wait Staff Server plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service within a medium-sized front-of-house team. This position involves rotating shifts and requires friendly interaction with guests, efficient order taking, and maintaining a clean dining environment. The server is expected to have strong menu knowledge and ensure smooth payment processing to enhance the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly customer service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Set up tables to meet restaurant standards
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu items
• Perform cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in food service
