THE POSITION //
The position's primary role is to assist the Retail Manager in achieving the store sales and profit targets by being physically present, demonstrating leadership, and providing exceptional customer service in the retail store; effectively managing the team; implementing and modeling behavior consistent with Company policies; managing wages and other expenses in line with budgets and policies; merchandising, managing and overseeing stock.
This is a part time position and reports directly to the Store Manager. To be successful you will demonstrate;

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent merchandising skills & experience
  • Ability to lead a team in the pursuit of common goals
  • Ability to articulate company direction and focus

  • Have great energy through your presence in store and ability to move quickly throughout store and obtain stock in backroom as necessary (including lifting boxes up to approximately 25 pounds, climbing step stools/ladders and standing/walking for long periods of time)
  • Ability to arrive to work on time and follow your roster
