This position reports to:

Front End Operations and Order Management Leader

The Finished Goods Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations, including material flow, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and compliance with internal and external requirements. This role ensures efficient floor layout of materials and pallets, maintains accurate inventory records, and supports collaboration across departments while adhering to quality and safety standards.


The work model for the role is: Onsite
Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and maintain efficient warehouse floor layout for materials and pallet storage

  • Organize and manage inventory placement within racking systems and on the open floor, using FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology

  • Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits to ensure accuracy

  • Prepare and review shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD)

  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions

  • Work closely with internal teams (procurement, operations, quality, finance) to resolve issues


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Mgt, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations

  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes

  • Familiarity with inventory control practices, including FIFO, 5S

  • Experience handling logistics documentation (BOL, POD, PO)

  • Experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx WorldShip, SAP)

  • APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is preferred
