The Richard Group Agency is a dynamic insurance agency dedicated to delivering outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated, licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Professional.


This role is a dual-function position focused on both customer service excellence and sales growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced P&C professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most, and is committed to contributing to agency growth by producing new insurance items per month. Responsibilities

Customer Service


Manage inbound calls and service requests, resolving client needs quickly and accurately

Educate clients on insurance coverage options, discounts, and policy changes

Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling (auto, home, life, umbrella, renters, etc.)

Handle billing questions, endorsements, and policy changes in line with company procedures

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain detailed records in the agency CRM


Sales & Production


Meet or exceed our monthly new insurance item goals

Work agency-provided leads and referrals and cross-sell to current clients to generate new business

Build and maintain referral sources through networking, social media, and relationship-building

Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate notes in agency systems

Engage on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand presence and generate referral opportunities

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate property, casualty, renters, auto, and life insurance products

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required

2+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance

Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a goal-oriented environment

Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with agency management systems and technology

Ability to engage in social media marketing and networking efforts

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
