The Supervisor, Patient Access is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient and accurate registration, financial clearance, and front-end revenue cycle functions. This role provides leadership, support, and mentorship to staff while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor, Patient Access plays a key role in process improvement, staff development, and enhancing the patient experience.
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification/Licensure
One of the following required:
  • CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate)
  • CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative)
  • CHAM (Certified Healthcare Access Manager)
