Description Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Systems Engineer III in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Salary: $110k-$180k (depending on experience) The Systems Engineer III supports the Navy by designing, engineering, and integrating enterprise IT systems and architectures across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. Essential Functions: * Design and implement enterprise system architectures. * Lead system integration and engineering efforts. * Develop system specifications and engineering artifacts. * Support RMF/ATO processes. * Provide technical leadership. * Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Required: * 5-7 years of experience in relevant field. * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience supporting enterprise IT environments. * Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments. Desired: * Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs. * Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems. * Relevant certifications (Security+, RHCSA, AWS, etc.). Additional Qualifications: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in complex environments. Security Clearance: * Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
