Description:
 Technology:
    Legacy: 2G, 3G, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA
    LTE (FDD, TDD) -> CA (carrier aggregation), NEW: 2CA, 3CA
    NEW: VoLTE -> SRVCC, vSRVCC
    DSDS, DR-DSDS
    IPC (i.e. Android RIL) - test integration of CP and AP
    AGPS
Tools (must):
    TEMS
    QXDM (ref platform will be Qualcomm) and similar tools
    Client toolchain will be similar to current
Remarks:
Location : Santa Clara-2 Position
Dallas-1 Position*

Santa Clara and Dallas need to be staffed ASAP
