Job description

Job Title: Software Engineer-Marketplace Engineering
Job Summary:
RevSpring is hiring a software engineer to join a small, focused team building a new greenfield product in the healthcare access space. The role involves working directly with a senior engineer and product leadership, owning full-stack features from design through deployment.
This product is consumer-facing and transaction-oriented. Candidates with backgrounds in e-commerce, retail technology, or consumer SaaS will find the problem space familiar. Prior healthcare IT experience is preferred but not required.
RevSpring develops software using an AI-augmented engineering model. Claude Code is a required tool on this team, and candidates are expected to demonstrate working fluency with it as part of the interview process.
Essential Functions:
  • Develop full-stack features across a .NET backend and React frontend
  • Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations for platform data and AI connectivity
  • Write production-quality code that is maintainable and well-tested
  • Collaborate with the senior engineer, product, and design on feature development and technical decisions
  • Contribute to code reviews and shared development standards

Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft .Net/C#, including production application experience
  • React development experience
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), including hands-on experimentation with both MCP server development and MCP client integration
  • Demonstrated experience using Claude Code as a development tool
    Background in consumer-facing product development preferred: e-commerce, retail technology, marketplace platforms or consumer SaaS
  • Experience with enterprise CMS or DXP platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely or comparable systems
  • Familiarity with REST API design, JWT authentication, and cloud-native deployment (AWS preferred)
  • Exposure to healthcare data standards is a plus, not a prerequisite
