Job description

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team for both entities. This role is responsible for driving top-line growth, overseeing all revenue-generating activities, and developing strategic relationships that expand the company's market presence. The CRO works closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sustainable revenue and partnership growth. On Site or Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV is preferred. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that encompass ticket sales, sponsorships, affiliate programs, and new business models. Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine approaches to meet and exceed targets.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with venues, promoters, artists, sports organizations, and technology providers. Foster long-term relationships that create mutual value and enhance the ticketing platform's offerings.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious goals. Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and implement best practices to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Drive entry into new geographic markets and verticals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to launch new products, enhance the customer experience, and deliver integrated solutions for partners.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure accuracy in revenue tracking and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Leadership on the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and business models to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all revenue and partnership activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
