Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems (Quote-to-Revenue)

Job duties

Job duties: Support and enhance financial systems within the company’s Quote-to-Revenue ecosystems. Focus on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Value Streams, managing functional design, configuration and integration of Zuora CPQ, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) with upstream and downstream Salesforce CRM and Netsuite GL systems. Gather and document business requirements, design scalable and compliant system solutions. Comply with ASC 606/IFRS 15 accounting standards. Diagnose and resolve system data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and process bottlenecks across integrated systems. Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition. Perform development, configuration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end process enablement across Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition workflows using Zuora 360, Data Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integration platforms including Workato, Boomi, and MuleSoft. Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Accounting, IT, and Engineering teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Zuora CPQ, Billing, and RevPro. Elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and data mapping documents. Support implementation of automations and integrations using Workato. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage release schedules, change requests, and system enhancements. Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and external reporting standards using SOX controls. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements to financial systems. Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming and iterative delivery of system enhancements using Lucidchart, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana for project tracking, workflow documentation in an Agile/Scrum environment. Perform data analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. This is a fully remote position. Work from home benefit provided. Worksites are unanticipated.

Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

Experience Required

Seven (7) years of experience as a Billing Solution Architect, Billing Solution Developer, Billing Solutions Consultant, or a closely related occupation.
