Role Description: We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute programs that deepen customer engagement, strengthen retention, and elevate the overall client experience across the CoStar portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving long term customer value through targeted campaigns, lifecycle initiatives, and industry recognition programs. This position will also own the strategy and execution of CoStar's premier CRE awards programs, including Power Brokers and Impact Awards, ensuring they drive customer engagement, brand authority, and revenue impact. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Research, Analytics, and Product Marketers to execute marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for a collaborative marketer who is both strategic and execution focused. This position is in Arlington, VA and in office Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns that support onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion across key audience segments. Build multi-touch programs that reinforce product value, highlight insights, and increase customer adoption and satisfaction. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align messaging and programs that support renewals and account growth. Own and manage CoStar's CRE industry awards programs, including Power Brokers and Impact Awards, from planning and promotion through recognition and amplification. Collaborate with Communications and Content teams to showcase award winners and customer success stories across digital, social, and PR channels. Support the development of customer advocacy initiatives including testimonials, case studies, referrals, and reviews. Assist in developing account based and nurture campaigns that strengthen relationships with priority clients. Work with Analytics and RevOps partners to track program performance and identify opportunities to optimize engagement and retention. Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across customer touchpoints. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with exposure to customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or retention programs. Commercial Real Estate industry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, University or College. A track record of commitment to prior employers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting customer engagement or lifecycle campaigns in a SaaS or subscription based business. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimize programs based on data. Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Collaborative team player comfortable working across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Self-starter who brings new ideas and takes ownership of execution. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
