RevOps Manager / GTM Engineer

HAAS Alert, Inc

Chicago, IL • On-site

$120 - $160/hr

Job description

HAAS Alert operates Safety Cloud®, the largest connected transportation + road safety platform in the world. We send real-time digital alerts to drivers and vehicles through their integrated screens and phones as they approach active first responder vehicles, emergency scenes, work zones, and other hazards on the road. Working with emergency responders, fleets, road operators, and automakers, our vision is singular and urgent: a connected, collision-free world where everyone gets home safely.

Why HAAS Alert

You'll join a mission-driven company whose product measurably protects first responders and roadway workers the work matters. You'll inherit a working stack and clear documentation, then get the freedom to build on top of it: new tooling, AI-driven enrichment, and GTM automation that our team has never had the bandwidth to prioritize. On a team this size, your impact is visible and fast and there's a lot of green field waiting for someone who wants to run with it.

The Role

This is a builder's seat, not a caretaker's. You'll own the GTM engine for a lean, high-velocity go-to-market team and your job is to make the revenue org measurably faster and smarter, not just keep the lights on. Yes, you'll administer and optimize the existing stack (HubSpot, RevOps.io, Gong, RevHero, and more) and own the architecture and integrations behind it. But the real value is in what you build on top: AI-driven prospecting and enrichment, automated workflows, and tooling that gives sellers superpowers they don't have today.

You'll partner directly with SDRs, AEs, marketing, and leadership, there's no layer of bureaucracy between you and impact. This is a startup environment: you'll wear multiple hats, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship. If you want a narrow, keep-it-running RevOps role, this isn't it. If you want to engineer the GTM motion and see your work move the number, keep reading. You’ll be starting with a RevOps GTM platform and AI tools already in place and built, so not only will you be able to continue to build, but you’ll be joining with a platform and framework in place ready for your ingenuity and curiosity to get to work.

What You'll DoRun the stack (the foundation)
  • Own HubSpot: administer and continuously improve our HubSpot instance: workflows, sequences, lifecycle stages, properties, lead routing, deal stages, reporting, and data hygiene. You know HubSpot backwards and forwards.
  • Own systems architecture & integrations: keep integrations across HubSpot, RevOps.io, Gong, and RevHero done right…data flowing cleanly, no silent breakages, and a stack that holds up as we scale.
  • Own the data layer: make changes in our internal tool and comfortable enough to work with the engineering team for Snowflake integrations to keep reporting accurate and the source of truth trustworthy. You don't need to be a data engineer on day one, you'll ramp with documentation left behind, Claude Code, and support from our data team.
  • Report & forecast: build the funnel, pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting leadership relies on, and partner with sales leadership on pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy.
Build the engine (the impact)
  • Give sellers superpowers: stand up modern GTM tooling like Clay to power automated prospecting, list building, and data enrichment that reps don't have today.
  • Engineer with AI: use AI tools and AI enrichment to eliminate manual work and build automations, workflows, and signals that make the whole GTM motion faster and smarter.
  • Ship new plays: spot bottlenecks and opportunities across the revenue process and build the solution proactively, not just when asked. This is where the role earns its keep.
  • Enable the team: document processes, train reps on tools and workflows, and be the go-to person when the stack needs to bend to a new play.
What You Bring
  • Deep HubSpot expertise - you can build workflows, reports, and automations in your sleep and have administered a HubSpot instance end to end. (Required.)
  • A builder's mindset - you don't wait for a spec. You see a gap in the GTM motion and go build the fix. You're energized by getting new tools running and creating leverage for the team. (Required.)
  • A startup mentality - comfortable with ambiguity, bias for action, resourceful, and able to own outcomes without hand-holding. (Required.)
  • Fluency with AI tools and a demonstrated habit of using them to work faster, automate manual work, and enrich data.
  • Hands-on experience with modern revenue tooling such as RevOps.io, Gong, RevHero, Clay, or comparable prospecting, enrichment, conversation-intelligence, and forecasting platforms.
  • Systems architecture sense - you've kept integrated GTM stacks in sync, made build-vs-buy calls, and can reason about where data lives and how it flows.
  • Comfort getting technical with data - you're eager to learn (or already know) Snowflake. We'll give you the documentation, Claude Code, and data-team support to ramp; you bring the curiosity to run with it.
  • Strong analytical & communication skills - you turn data into clear reporting and translate between technical systems and the humans who use them.
Nice to Have
  • Experience standing up Clay, AI enrichment, or outbound/prospecting automation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, or other data warehouses.
  • HubSpot certifications (or willingness to earn them).
  • Experience supporting a high-velocity outbound / SDR motion.
Must live in the city of Chicago!
  • Hybrid, Full-Time Position
  • Although only 2 days are required to be in-office (Tuesday/Wednesday), you are welcome to use our space to work whenever you'd like. We have an excellent neighborhood office space in the Lincoln Park area with free street parking.
  • 40 hours per week
