Job description

Let's Tango. Where Innovation Meets Impact. At Tango Analytics, we're all about helping businesses make smarter decisions through powerful technology, insightful data, and a whole lot of collaboration.

Whether you're a creative thinker, a strategic planner, a tech wizard, or a customer champion, there's a place for you on our team. We believe work should be meaningful and fun - so if you're ready to make a difference while enjoying the journey, come join us and let's Tango. Role Summary: We are building a best-in-class Revenue Operations function from the ground up, and the Senior RevOps Manager is one of the most critical hires in that build.

This role owns the entire GTM technology ecosystem at Tango -- from a ground-up re-engineering of Salesforce and HubSpot, to building a unified data platform that powers reporting, forecasting, and AI-driven automation. You will build the metrics frameworks, forecasting processes, and operating cadences that power Tango's GTM engine. You will define the systems roadmap, partner across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and operate as the single owner of GTM data quality and infrastructure, setting GTM team up for success each year.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems architecture Lead major redesign and implementation projects, including Salesforce re-engineering and data platform build, with defined milestones and stakeholder communication Build and enforce data quality processes that establish Salesforce as the trusted single source of truth for all GTM data Deliver a documented GTM systems roadmap with prioritized initiatives tied to business outcomes Own vendor relationships and manage third-party consultants or contractors as needed Build and enable AI and automation opportunities across the GTM tech stack to reduce manual effort and drive productivity Collaborate with the Planning & Analytics team to ensure clean data flows that power reporting, forecasting, and dashboards Evaluate, procure, and sunset tools in the GTM tech stack with a bias toward consolidation and integration quality Document systems architecture, process flows, and data dictionaries to create organizational knowledge and reduce key-person dependency Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment Revenue Modeling & Performance Analytics -- develop models that quantify revenue performance, identify growth levers, and support strategic decision-making Sales Strategy & Performance Management -- analyze rep and team-level performance against quota, surface insights, and support leadership in performance conversations Territory Design & Segmentation -- lead the annual territory design process, including ICP segmentation, account distribution, and coverage model optimization Deep, hands-on Salesforce and Hubspot expertise including object design, flows, approval processes, custom objects, reporting, and data architecture Strong HubSpot proficiency -- experience owning or rebuilding HubSpot at an architectural level, not just configuring campaigns Demonstrated experience building or managing a GTM data infrastructure (data warehouse, data lakes, ETL pipelines, BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar) Strong understanding of the full GTM systems ecosystem and how tools connect across the funnel: prospecting, MAP, CRM, enablement, conversation intelligence, and commissions Excellent stakeholder management skills -- ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate back clearly to non-technical partners Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to identify system issues, prioritize improvements, and measure impact Experience with data enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or similar) Experience building or deploying AI automation in a GTM context Background in API integrations, middleware platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make), or data pipeline tooling Familiarity with RevOps metrics frameworks -- pipeline hygiene, funnel conversion, attribution modeling Prior experience at a company undergoing a CRM re-engineering or systems consolidation What We Offer We're committed to creating an environment where you can thrive-professionally and personally. Our offerings include: Competitive Compensation We recognize and reward your contributions with a salary package that reflects your value. Comprehensive Benefits Including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and generous paid time off to support your well-being.

Flexible Work Environment Whether remote, hybrid, or in-office, we support work arrangements that promote productivity and balance. Inclusive & Collaborative Culture We foster a workplace where diverse perspectives are valued, teamwork is encouraged, and everyone has a voice. Tango is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, parental status, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
