The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior RevOps Strategist who can lead complex HubSpot engagements from strategy through implementation. You'll partner directly with clients to design revenue operations solutions, optimize customer lifecycle processes, and help them get more value from HubSpot.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement HubSpot solutions, including configurations, integrations, migrations, automations, reporting, and data management
  • Drive revenue operations strategy across the customer lifecycle, including lead routing, nurturing, and management processes
  • Build marketing and sales reporting that helps clients understand funnel performance, pipeline health, and customer retention
  • Lead client onboarding and project delivery by managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and communication
  • Deliver client training and enablement to drive HubSpot adoption and reinforce best practices
Skills We're Looking For
Required
  • 3+ years leading complex, multi-hub HubSpot solutions within an agency or consulting environment
  • Advanced proficiency across multiple Hubs, with proven experience designing and implementing cross-Hub systems
  • Exceptional consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience translating business goals into scalable HubSpot architectures
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent complex client engagements from kick-off through delivery

Highly Valued
  • Experience working at HubSpot, a HubSpot Solutions Partner, or a similar consulting organization
  • HubSpot Certified Trainer credential
  • Experience supporting quote-to-cash and other complex revenue operations processes
