As a physical therapist in our outpatient setting, you will work collaboratively with a team of health professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to evaluate their needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Utilize hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and evidence-based practices to treat patients, tailoring approaches to individual capabilities and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies to promote continued improvement and self-management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided during treatment sessions.
• Provide training for patients in the use of assistive devices that facilitate their mobility and daily activities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and workshops for professional growth.

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions like arthritis and post-operative rehabilitation. We focus on developing long-term relationships with our clients by providing consistent care and support, enabling them to achieve their individual therapeutic goals effectively.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid physical therapy state license for New Jersey must be maintained.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with patients, families, and medical personnel.
• Proficient computer skills for documenting patient details and treatment plans are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adapting treatment approaches in response to patient needs.
• No prior work experience is required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

While not mandatory, experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, especially working with post-operative patients, can significantly enhance the effectiveness of therapy practices. Familiarity with rehabilitation technologies and modalities will be beneficial.

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
