Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or health conditions, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations within the home environment.
• Create tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including exercises, stretching techniques, hands-on therapies, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Implement the treatment plans in accordance with the established therapeutic goals, providing education and ongoing support to facilitate patient recovery.
• Document patient treatments and progress, maintaining accurate records of each session to evaluate response to therapy and adapt strategies as needed.
• Regularly reassess patient status and adjust therapeutic objectives and treatment plans to meet evolving needs.
• Educate and train patients, family members, and caregivers on utilizing assistive devices effectively and following prescribed physical therapy protocols.
• Stay abreast of the latest physical therapy practices and developments by participating in professional workshops and networking opportunities.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals of different ages and diagnoses, particularly those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, trauma, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Motion Revive Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
