Revit Modeler- Charlotte, NC

Job Summary:

Are you a Revit designer with experience in producing detailed models and drawings?

Our Charlotte, NC team is seeking an experienced Revit Modeler to join our team and support the development of high-quality construction and design documentation. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and timely project deliverables. The Revit Modeler will have an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects- healthcare, federal, municipal among them.

This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on candidates' location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update Revit models for construction and design projects.
  • Create detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Interpret construction documents, specifications, and design standards.
  • Ensure models comply with company standards and project requirements.
  • Assist with clash detection and model coordination.
  • Support project teams throughout design and construction phases.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance related to Revit modeling.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong Revit expertise and experience producing detailed models and drawings
  • Experience with low voltage systems is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and modeling standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to complete work assignments
  • Must be a US Citizen and have a valid driver’s license

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid or Remote

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this role is $73-82K USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
