The right candidate will:
Be a team player.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have good attention to detail.
Be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Have some drafting experience or training.
Revit experience is a plus.
Have interest or experience in the construction industry.
Pre-cast concrete experience is a major plus.
Job duties include:
Detailing and modeling precast projects, both architectural and structural, using Revit.
Develop standard templates and families in Revit.
Maintain a high standard of production and accuracy in presentation of details.
Coordinating with other departments regarding delivery schedules and material orders.
Display ability to follow, track and meet a given schedule.
Understand and follow departmental and project standards and procedures.
