Position Overview

Xnurta is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our global demand generation and growth marketing organization. This executive-level leader will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the entire growth engine—from brand awareness and demand generation to pipeline creation and revenue acceleration.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will develop the long-term growth strategy, build a world-class marketing organization, and partner closely with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and executive leadership to achieve aggressive revenue goals.

This role requires a proven marketing executive who has successfully built scalable B2B SaaS growth engines, understands modern AI-powered marketing, and thrives in high-growth startup environments. While highly strategic, you are also comfortable diving into execution when needed and leading by example.

What You’ll Do

Growth Strategy & Executive Leadership

● Own Xnurta's global growth marketing strategy, aligning marketing investments with company revenue objectives.

● Develop annual and quarterly growth plans, budgets, forecasting models, and executive reporting.

● Create scalable acquisition strategies across inbound, outbound, ABM, partnerships, content, paid media, SEO, website, and lifecycle marketing.

● Establish marketing KPIs that directly connect marketing performance to pipeline, revenue, CAC, LTV, and customer growth.

● Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives.

Organizational Leadership

● Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization.

● Develop leaders within Growth, Content, Digital Marketing, Events, and Demand Generation.

● Establish performance expectations, career development, and operational excellence across the team.

● Manage external agencies, consultants, technology partners, and strategic vendors.

Revenue & Demand Generation

● Own pipeline generation targets and marketing's contribution to company revenue.

● Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize funnel performance.

● Lead enterprise ABM initiatives and integrated multi-channel campaigns.

● Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, attribution, and customer acquisition efficiency.

Digital Experience & Growth Optimization

● Own the growth strategy for Xnurta.com and all digital acquisition channels.

● Drive website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and customer journey improvements.

● Build scalable lifecycle marketing programs to improve customer acquisition and expansion.

Brand, Content & Market Leadership

● Establish Xnurta as a thought leader within retail media and AI-powered advertising.

● Oversee content strategy, executive thought leadership, PR, analyst relations, sponsorships, and organic growth initiatives.

● Partner with Product Marketing to strengthen messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

Analytics & Business Performance

● Build executive dashboards that connect marketing investments to revenue outcomes.

● Own marketing forecasting, budget management, and ROI analysis.

● Present strategic recommendations and business performance updates to executive leadership.

● Champion data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization across the marketing organization.

What You’ll Bring

● 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including significant leadership in demand generation or growth marketing.

● 5+ years leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.

● Proven success owning multi-million-dollar pipeline generation and revenue targets.

● Experience building marketing organizations in high-growth SaaS companies.

● Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, paid media, SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimization.

● Strong understanding of revenue operations, attribution, forecasting, and marketing analytics.

● Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on company strategy.

● Expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, marketing automation platforms, and modern AI-powered marketing tools.

● Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant marketing budgets.
