Job Description:
Join a rapidly growing financial services organization as a Revenue Operations Technical Lead, where you'll help build and scale the technology foundation that powers the company's next phase of growth. This newly created role is ideal for a strategic builder who enjoys designing systems, processes, and data architecture from the ground up rather than simply optimizing existing environments. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll lead enterprise-wide Revenue Operations initiatives, shape the future of the go-to-market technology stack, and ensure scalable processes support the organization's transition into a multi-product business.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable Revenue Operations architecture supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Lead enterprise-wide go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives, ensuring systems, workflows, and data models align with business strategy.
  • Develop scalable object models, process maps, data dictionaries, and lifecycle documentation supporting multiple product lines.
  • Partner with cross-functional business leaders to translate strategic initiatives into technical solutions and operational processes.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new GTM technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and data platforms.
  • Drive system integrations, API strategy, identity resolution, and enterprise data governance initiatives.
  • Build scalable governance models that improve reporting, analytics, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and internal consulting for Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Manage relationships with external implementation partners and technology vendors.
  • Train business stakeholders on new systems, processes, and technology capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Systems, Technical Architecture, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and CRM architecture.
  • Experience implementing multi-product data models, custom objects, lifecycle workflows, and scalable GTM processes.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Automation, CRM, Sales Engagement platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
  • Experience evaluating software vendors, leading implementation projects, and driving enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while building new processes and organizational capabilities.
  • Builder mindset with a passion for creating scalable systems and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Marketo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar GTM technologies.
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance organizations.
  • Background implementing enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational governance frameworks.
Benefits and Perks:
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • Medical, Dental and Vision benefits
  • 401(k) with generous company match
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • Onsite work schedule with flexible work from home days
  • Professional development and career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative, high-performing leadership team
  • Opportunity to build and influence a newly created Revenue Operations organization
Your New Organization:
Join a highly respected financial services organization experiencing significant growth and expansion into new business lines. Technology and Revenue Operations are strategic priorities, and this newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide systems, processes, and architecture from the ground up. You'll work alongside an experienced executive team that values innovation, collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and continuous improvement while investing heavily in the future of its technology organization.
