  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while building new processes and organizational capabilities.
  • Builder mindset with a passion for creating scalable systems and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Marketo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar GTM technologies.
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance organizations.
  • Background implementing enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational governance frameworks.
Benefits and Perks:
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • Medical, Dental and Vision benefits
  • 401(k) with generous company match
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • Onsite work schedule with flexible work from home days
  • Professional development and career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative, high-performing leadership team
  • Opportunity to build and influence a newly created Revenue Operations organization
