Job description

Prophetic Software is not able to sponsor employment visas now or in the future. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship to be considered for this role.

We are the market leader in our space, and our customers don't just use the product โ€” they love it. We're not making teams more efficient. We're changing how they operate.

Prophetic is scaling fast โ€” demand is outpacing our ability to hire, and we're just getting started. This is a once-in-a-lifetime team: sharp, low ego, deeply collaborative, and obsessed with building the best product in the industry. Come disrupt an industry with us.

About the Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to work as the functional and technical backbone of our GTM teams. This is a hands- on, high-impact role for someone who thinks in systems and gets energized by connecting technical work directly to revenue outcomes.

Youโ€™ll own the processes, data, and automation infrastructure that power our entire GTM motion โ€” from CRM data quality and lead lifecycle management in HubSpot, to AI-driven enrichment and outreach workflows, to the tools our GTM teams rely on every day. Youโ€™ll be both the architect and the builder: designing systems that work at scale, then rolling up your sleeves to build them.

This role is for someone who takes full ownership of their initiatives and measures success not by what was launched, but by what was adopted and what moved the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • GTM Systems & Process Ownership

    • Full ownership of the processes and systems that GTM teams โ€” marketing, sales, and customer success โ€” run on. Youโ€™ll partner closely with Finance to keep data and reporting aligned with the numbers that matter to the business, and youโ€™re the person who spots the broken process or the reporting gap before anyone has to point it out.

  • HubSpot & Lead Lifecycle Management

    • You are our HubSpot subject matter expert. You own lead routing, lead assignment, and the full lifecycle of a prospect as it moves through our GTM functions โ€” including the underlying data model that makes that lifecycle trustworthy.

  • Attribution Infrastructure & Reporting

    • Own the attribution infrastructure that connects spend to pipeline: UTM governance and naming standards, multi-touch attribution reporting in HubSpot, and reconciliation across ad platforms, GA4, and the CRM.

  • Customer Success & Account Management Systems

    • Own the customer-side of the data model and reporting: renewal and churn reporting, customer health and product usage signals flowing into HubSpot, and onboarding and expansion handoffs between sales and AM/CS.

  • Data Enrichment & List Building

    • Full ownership of our data enrichment and list-building lifecycle. Youโ€™ll architect and maintain workflows using Clay and Apollo โ€” and AI where it adds leverage โ€” manage campaign operations, and continually refine how we source and qualify prospect data.

  • AI Agent Development & Automation

    • Own the exploration and rollout of AI tools and agents that make GTM teams faster, from automations built on no-code/low-code platforms to leveraging LLM APIs and prompt engineering where it adds real leverage. You lead implementation with GTM leadership, drive adoption, and continuously improve based on data.

  • GTM Tool Research & Vendor Selection

    • Own the research, evaluation, and selection of new GTM tools. You bring a builderโ€™s eye to vendor decisions โ€” weighing not just features, but what will actually get adopted and used.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to adoption, focused on business outcomes rather than delivery for its own sake. You proactively surface risks and blockers to leadership before they become problems.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or a technical RevOps role at a B2B SaaS company

  • Deep, SME-level HubSpot expertise, including lead routing, lead assignment, and full lifecycle management

  • Hands- on experience with Clay and Apollo, and familiarity with automation tools or no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier

  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools and prompt engineering

  • Strong analytical instincts, systems thinking, and a solution orientation

  • Experience owning processes and systems across GTM functions (marketing, sales, customer success) and partnering with Finance

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset โ€” you surface problems and propose fixes before being asked

  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical trade-offs to GTM and Finance leadership

Nice to Have
  • Experience building with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs

  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic workflow tooling

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM admin work beyond HubSpot

  • Background in or exposure to B2B sales โ€” understanding what good discovery and deal progression look like from the sellerโ€™s perspective

Why Prophetic:
  • The team. Wide expertise, sharp, low ego, and genuinely fun to work with. We have each otherโ€™s backs and we celebrate wins together.

  • Real ownership and impact from day one. Our customers make million-dollar decisions on our platform. Your work matters immediately.

  • AI-native product and AI-native workflows. Every team โ€” engineering, sales, operations โ€” runs on AI tooling daily.

  • Founder-led transparency. Leadership shares the financials, the strategy, and the hard calls with the whole team.

  • High growth, high demand. The product works, customers love it, and we are hiring to keep up. No shortage of opportunity here.

  • Flexibility. Remote, hybrid, or in-office with a great Portland, OR headquarters.

  • Self-starters who thrive in ambiguity. Weโ€™re a startup. If you need someone to tell you what to do every morning, this isnโ€™t the place; if you come alive solving hard problems with smart people, it is.

Benefits (US-based Full-time):
  • 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you; 30% coverage for dependents

  • Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Hybrid/Remote stipend

  • In-office perks: snacks, drinks, coffee, ping-pong table, and more โ€” plus cuddles from Olive, our in-office Doberman!

  • Budget for intra-office travel

  • 2-3 annual team meetups in person

How We Work:

These four themes are how we think, build, and lead:

  • Truth โ€” Say the hard thing. We speak plainly, flag problems early, and share whatโ€™s actually going on.

  • Precision โ€” Sign your name to it. Our customers make million-dollar decisions on our data. We get the details right.

  • Velocity โ€” Speed compounds. Waiting doesnโ€™t. We ship daily and launch features every two to three weeks.

  • Ownership โ€” Own it, then solve it. We own outcomes, not tasks. If somethingโ€™s broken, we fix it.

EEO:
