Job Summary:
JMARK is an award-winning IT managed services provider headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive culture among its employees. They are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager II to enhance client experiences, collaborate with internal teams, and drive revenue growth through strategic engagements with clients, particularly at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Communicate and address technical needs within client environments to ensure 100% compliance with the JMARK Optimized Solution Stack (JOSS).
โ€ข Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Core Service Teams to design solution architectures aligned with client goals.
โ€ข Prepare and document QBRs, and schedule appointments with C-level contacts for quarterly reviews.
โ€ข Ensure all client objectives are captured during QBRs and translated into actionable items, including service tickets, project escalations, and quote requests.
โ€ข Manage commitments resulting from client interactions, including scheduling follow-up QBRs, managing quote creation, and completing thorough documentation.
โ€ข Assist in managing Agreement Renewal timelines and objectives to retain client base and drive healthy revenue.
โ€ข Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients to enhance JMARK's reputation for exceptional customer service.
