Revenue Strategy & Forecastingย
  • ย Manage rate schedules, seasonal pricing, packages, promotions, and special offers. ย
  • ย Prepare revenue forecasts, projections, and performance reports. ย
  • ย Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, event revenue, and package performance. ย
  • ย Partner with leadership on rate strategy, inventory controls, and revenue goals. ย
  • ย Identify revenue opportunities through upselling, packaging, and guest experience enhancements. ย
Revenue Operations & Systemsย
  • ย Maintain accuracy across Maestro, TripleSeat, Silverware, and related reporting systems. ย
  • ย Serve as the primary liaison for revenue-related system integrations and posting accuracy. ย
  • ย Support Guest Services with Maestro-related posting questions and revenue-impacting issues. ย
  • ย Monitor cancellations, modifications, no-shows, and booking trends. ย
Billing & Financial Accuracyย
  • ย Review event packages, contracts, folios, banquet charges, gratuities, fees, and adjustments for accuracy. ย
  • ย Manage folio reconciliation, banquet tip billing, revenue adjustments, and event billing reviews. ย

  • ย Assist with payment posting reconciliation between systems. ย
Cross-Department Collaborationย
  • ย Partner with Sales and Events to structure profitable packages that support operational execution. ย
  • ย Ensure revenue-related communication between Sales, Events, Guest Services, Accounting, and Leadership remains clear and consistent. ย
  • ย Support monthly budget and revenue review meetings.ย
Preferred Qualifications ย
  • ย 3+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management, hotel operations, reservations, sales operations, event operations, hotel accounting, or revenue analysis. ย
  • Boutique hotel, luxury hospitality, or event venue experience preferred.ย  ย
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, rate schedules, packaging, billing accuracy, and revenue reporting.ย  ย
  • Experience with Maestro preferred.ย  ย
  • Experience with TripleSeat or an event management system is a plus.ย  ย
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.ย  ย
  • Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable working with numbers.ย  ย
  • Able to communicate clearly across departments.ย  ย
  • Strong follow-through and ability to catch billing or pricing issues before they become expensive little gremlins.ย  ย
Why This Role Is Exciting ย
  • High-impact role tied directly to lodging, events, and guest experience revenue.ย  ย
  • Opportunity to build a better structure around forecasting, packages, billing, and revenue reporting.ย  ย
  • Work in a luxury boutique inn setting, not a giant corporate hotel machine.ย  ย
  • Partner directly with leadership on pricing strategy, event revenue, and business performance.ย  ย
  • Help connect the dots between Sales, Events, Guest Services, and Accounting. ย
Work Environment ย
This role operates in a fast-paced boutique hospitality environment with regular collaboration across Sales, Events, Guest Services, Accounting, and Leadership. ย
  • Primarily administrative and systems-based, with regular interaction across departments.ย  ย
  • Uses standard office, hotel, and event systems, including computers, phones, Maestro, TripleSeat, and reporting tools.ย  ย
  • Requires flexibility to respond to changing business needs, event details, guest requests, and leadership priorities.ย  ย
  • May occasionally support on-property meetings, event reviews, or operational discussions.ย  ย
Physical Requirements ย
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed throughout the workday.ย  ย
  • Regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.ย  ย
  • Ability to move around the property as needed for meetings or event-related coordination.ย  ย
  • Clear verbal and written communication required.ย  ย
Supervisory Responsibility ย
This position does not directly supervise employees but works closely with Guest Services, Sales, Events, and Accounting to support revenue accuracy, package execution, and billing consistency. ย
